Please note that orders placed after 2:00pm Pacific Time will begin processing at our fulfillment warehouse the following business day.
Orders with express shipping selected (2-Day or Overnight) are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day. However, please be aware that "2-Day" and "Overnight" indicates the estimated delivery time after the order has been picked up by the shipping carrier, and does not include the processing time at our fulfillment center. For P.O. Boxes all orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail when Ground Service is selected and USPS Express Mail when Overnight or 2nd Day are selected. Any shipments to a P.O. Box where Overnight is selected will automatically be adjusted to Express Mail at the respective 2nd Day FedEx Rate. For backordered items, orders begin processing as soon as the backordered item is returned to stock. You can expect your order to ship 1-2 business days after the backordered item is returned to stock. If we are unable to fill your order complete you will be notified and given the option to cancel the backordered item.
All international shipments will be sent Post via United States Post Office. With regard to International shipments, including Canada, Eskuche will not accept returns other than for warranty purposes. All sales are otherwise final. For international shipments the billing and shipping address must be the same or eskucheme.com will not process the order. Eskuche reserves the right to change what countries are serviced based on the levels of Credit Card fraud and associated risk reported in each country. Buyer and/or recipient are responsible for paying all duties, customs fees and taxes related to shipping international orders as well as must pay freight to Eskuche on warranty claims. Upon inspection if the product is deemed to be replaceable under warranty customer must pay shipping charges to have the item returned to them.
Certain items (which require special preparation for shipment, or customization) may require a longer processing time. We make every effort to notify you if we expect a delay in your shipment for any reason. We want to ensure that your order is shipped to you as quickly as possible.
